Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: June 9, 2026
Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return. Customers have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected. Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless item is defective or incorrect.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in original, unused condition.
- Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, or any signs of wear.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Jewelry
- Tumblers and drinkware
- Personalized or custom items
- Final sale items
- Specialty items marked as non-returnable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@rallystand.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage or defect
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping is reimbursed only for damaged or incorrect items.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Include your order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable).
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, securely package and ship the item back using your preferred carrier.
Refunds and Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible items will be issued store credit.
Exchanges
Once your exchange is approved and shipped, you will receive confirmation with tracking information.
