Rally Stand offers independently designed, fan-inspired apparel, accessories, drinkware, pickleball products, and lifestyle items.

We work to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurate and up to date, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before charging or shipping, and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

 4. Collegiate & Team Color Disclaimer

Any references to schools, mascots, or team colors on our Site are descriptive and decorative only.

Rally Stand is **not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by** any college, university, team, league, sorority, fraternity, or organization referenced or implied by our products. All trademarks, school names, and logos belong to their respective owners.

 5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

- You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is required in full before an order is processed.

Orders may be canceled due to suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

 6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is fulfilled via **USPS within the United States only**.

- Orders are processed within **1–5 business days**.

- Estimated delivery is **3–7 business days** after shipment.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our [Returns & Refund Policy](/pages/returns). Some items, including personalized or final-sale products, are not eligible for return.
