At RallyStand, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept eligible returns for store credit within 30 days of the order fulfillment date. Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALEand are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in their original, unused condition.
- Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, or any other signs of wear.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Jewelry
- Tumblers and drinkware
- Personalized or custom items
- Final sale items
- Specialty items marked as non-returnable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@rallystand.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage or defect
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs are reimbursed only when an item was damaged or shipped incorrectly.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if applicable.
- Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days.
- Once your return request is approved, securely package the item and ship it back using a carrier of your choice. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds and Store Credit
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the purchase amount of eligible items.
Exchanges
After your exchange request has been approved and your replacement item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your new order number and tracking information.
