Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Holidays
  • Product launches
  • Promotional events and sales
  • Peak sports seasons
  • High order volume periods

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method.

Expedited Shipping

International Shipping (when available)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

From time to time, Rally Stand may offer free shipping promotions. Eligibility will apply.


Tracking Your Order

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  • Returned packages may be refunded minus shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Delivery interruptions
  • Packages marked delivered but reported missing or stolen

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier first. We will assist with claims when possible.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT fees
  • Any additional country-specific charges

We are not responsible for customs delays or refused shipments.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the damaged item
  3. Photos of the packaging

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Personalized, Pre-Order, and Made-to-Order Items

Some items may require additional processing time, including:

  • Personalized products
  • Custom-made items
  • Pre-order merchandise

Estimated timelines will be shown on product pages whenever applicable.
